SHIPPING + DELIVERY

We know how important it is to get your order, this is why we strive to make sure all orders are processed within 24 hour windows (orders received over the weekend or on public holidays will be processed the following business day).

Once the order has been placed, we will send you your order confirmation number.

Due to issues with mail carriers attempting to deliver packages and trying to call the receiver (customer) but not being able to due to the receiver (customer) not leaving their phone number upon check out, we will not ship out a replacement order or issue refunds if you do not leave your phone number while checking out. 


CANADIAN ORDERS (Ship Time: 2-5 Business Days*)

All orders in Canada* receive free shipping on orders over $89.00 CAD. Otherwise, shipping will be a flat rate of the equivalent of $10.00 CAD per order. 
Orders paid for will be fulfilled within 1-3 business days. BLACK FRIDAY SALES MIGHT TAKE LONGER.

After your order has been marked as shipped, you will be emailed a tracking number for your order. We ship via FedEx, UPS and Purolator for all Canadian Orders. 

*Remote locations may take upwards to 10 Business Days, some of which are subject to higher shipping rates (QC included).

*Shipping to North West Territories & The Yukon, flat-rate fee of $25.00 for shipping. 

*If no phone number is provided with the order placed for shipping carriers to contact you, we are not held financially responsible to refund or replace the order.

U.S.A ORDERS (Ship Time: 7-10 Business Days*)

All orders in the continental US receive free shipping on orders over $89.00 CAD. Otherwise, shipping will be a flat rate of the equivalent of $15.00 CAD per order. 
Orders paid for will be fulfilled within 1-3 business days. BLACK FRIDAY SALES MIGHT TAKE LONGER.

After your order has been marked as shipped, you will be emailed a tracking number for your order. We ship via USPS, FedEx, UPS for all American Orders.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (Ship Time: 10-21 Business Days*)

Yes, we do ship to several countries. You can check to see if we ship to you during checkout! 

Please note that goods being imported (by you) may be assessed for applicable customs duties, taxes and charges. It is the customers responsibility to pay for any duties and taxes and will not be covered reimbursed by BORN Naturals.

ORDER ISSUES

In the unlikely event you experience issues with your order, such as being delivered damaged products or the wrong items, please contact us within 3 (three) days of delivery and we will do everything in our power to make things right! Please be sure to include your order number.

BORN Naturals is not held responsible for the below issues: 

  • Incorrect addresses entered by customers
  • Mistakes OR damages made by shipping carriers
  • Stolen packages from doorstep / after delivery 

Shipment inquiries can be sent to hello@bornnaturals.com (please provide your order number in subject) 

*If the customer inputs the incorrect address at checkout, BORN Naturals cannot be responsible if your order goes missing. We are not liable to refund/replace the order. If the customer uses a PO BOX which we have mentioned we do NOT ship to, we will attempt contacting the customer via the email and/or phone number (if they provided it upon checkout), if we do not receive a reply, we will cancel the order.

**When placing your order please ensure the address you provide is a physical address and doesn’t contain any PO/APO/FPO or DPO addresses as we do not currently ship to them.

NOTE: Only Canada Post can deliver to P.O. Boxes. Please keep in mind that during holidays there may be delays in processing and shipping times. Thank you for your patience.
