Return Policy
We're sorry to hear our products were not perfect for your hair. If you have questions about how to achieve better results, please write us at hello@bornnaturals.com.
BORN Naturals is not responsible if skin, scalp, or hair reactions to our products occur.
To move forward with a return request, please email hello@bornnaturals.com with your order number, the item(s) you would like to return and subject line as “RETURN”.
If this is done within 30 days of receiving your initial order, you are eligible a refund or instant credit. This excludes original shipping costs and shipping costs to return the product. Brushes of all types, micro-fibre towels, and bonnets cannot be refunded or exchanged for hygiene purposes as they come in contact with hair and we cannot take them back.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Once your return is received unopened and in its original packaging, we will send you an email to notify you, and a refund will be processed on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Damages and Issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items:
Due to our products being personal care/personal beauty products, we cannot return items which have been open and exposed to skin, hair, etc.
If you purchased a set or bundle, the discounted item price will be credited and not the original singular item price.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on; products purchased from another retailer, sale items or gift cards.
Sale/Discounted Products:
Sale items cannot be refunded. Only regular price items are eligible for a refund.
Exchanges:
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
